The increasing life expectancy and decreasing death rates have resulted in an increase the number of elderly people. In Indonesia, percentage people has increased, 2019 it doubled to 9.6 percent where women was one more than men (10.10 compared 9.10 percent). Young (60-69 years) reached 63.82 percent, middle (70-79 27.68 old (80 years over) 8.50 percent. purpose this study determine use Elderly Family Development (BKL) by families who elderly. This research is a quantitative distributing questionnaires 310 respondents KB Berkah Bersama Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. results evaluation revealed that there no relationship between variables knowledge, attitude, distance family support on elderly
